Full payment is required on the day of service. You can claim through Medicare / reception team can help you with it. All doctors have the right to choose their patients billing and can alter the billing case by case.
All telehealth must be paid on the day of the consultation.

Treatment Room Fees

Please note that there will be additional Treatment Room / Procedure Fees as treatment room and fees is not covered by Medicare or concession cards.

Please discuss with our friendly staff at reception or nursing staff before booking of any procedure in treatment room.

Translating & Interpreting Services

All non-English speaking patients who need interpreting services are advised to requested for this service at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.
